Not only are our developments sound investments, but they also provide you with a luxury property surrounded by natural beauty and an array of recreational activities and facilities. We can build according your specific wishes and design or redesign your house into your home. We can naturally also advise or suggest in designing or building.

Interior design
As well as we want to make your house look like a home from the outside, this is specifically our aim with the inside of your house. At our office in Haarlem a qualified designer and interior designer are working who are experienced in interior design, all of course in accordance to your wishes.

Cost calculation
We can assist you with an entire project, from start to finish. We can help you with making a budget, possibility-analysis, finding a suitable location, getting the necessary permits, the making of building drawings, and the hiring of constructors. Luga is a company who develops, realizes and manages quality projects at first class sites in Hungary. Our partners and clients are involved in the several stages of development, which make us successful en reliable as business partner.

Supervising
Our project manager will be able to monitor your project and keep you fully informed about the status. The supervising is composed of checking the quality of building materials, supervise the builder and maintain the instructions as agreed, find solutions in case of problems or inform the principal. Monitoring and reporting will take place on a regular basis through written reports and photo's.
